- Orders Delivered by Bricostar
Orders handled by the Bricostar delivery fleet are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. - Orders Shipped via Logistics Partners
Orders shipped through our approved logistics partners are generally delivered within approximately one week from the order confirmation date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or periods of exceptionally high order volumes.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the latest shipping updates.
- To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please verify that your mobile phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.
- A signature from the recipient or an authorized representative is required upon delivery as proof that the order has been successfully received.
5. Inspecting Your Shipment Upon Delivery
- Please inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the delivery representative before signing the delivery confirmation.
- If the shipment arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and return it immediately with the driver. If the shipment is accepted and a return is requested afterward, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Responsibility for the goods, including their condition and safekeeping, transfers to the customer immediately upon signing the delivery receipt.
